Hello

 I'm Kristen, Registered Dietitian, mother and wife.

​

Born and raised in Dauphin, MB, I lived in Winnipeg from 2007-2013 to complete my nutrition degree at the University of Manitoba and then internship to become a dietitian. I also did an exchange, with one semester at Griffith University in the Gold Coast, Australia, in 2011. A piece of me will always belong in Pulp River, MB, where my dad farmed.

I have worked in outpatient, inpatient and long term care settings; in my hometown, in Sandy Bay and for a nearby tribal council. Collectively this has given me a range of perspectives: urban, rural, farm, and Indigenous; families and singles. 
It has been a pleasure bringing this dream of mine to such lovely people around the province and especially the home visits I can offer locally.
